Creative Calm Yoga Studio

Creative Calm Yoga Studio is a collection of independent local yoga teachers, headed up by Janine Hurley & Karen Hadgett.

You will be welcomed into our beautiful light & airy studio right in the heart of Prestwich Village above Jennie Platt’s Estate Agents. We offer a variety of classes for all ages with one person in mind. You, our student. We all teach in a way that promotes yoga as a healthy alternative lifestyle that promotes your well being, both physically & mentally.  We offer a calm space to be with like-minded people to promote the great sense of community that Prestwich has to offer.

We have classes on everyday during the week & at weekend we have workshops, Gold Standard Yoga Teacher Training & Children’s Yoga Teacher Training.

Janine also hold therapy sessions here too & you can hire for a private lesson with one of our amazing teachers.

We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring to you live-streamed classes. All you need is a phone/tablet/laptop.
You can access our streaming once you have your own account.

All you need to do yoga is a body & breath. Yes, that’s it!!
