To ensure your safety and the teams safety we have put some procedures in place. We would appreciate it if you could have a read and work with us on these;

Please do not come to your appointment if you feel unwell or have been around anyone with Covid-19 within the last 2 weeks

Please arrive no earlier than a few minutes for your appointment. This allows us time to clean and sanitise. You will be asked to wait outside until the stylist is ready for you.

Do not bring anyone else to your appointment as we have no waiting area

Please wear a mask that we will provide for you

There will be no magazines provided as this can spread germs so please feel free to bring a book

There will only be bottled water provided

We have a wall mounted hand sanitiser by the front door, you will be asked to use this upon entry.
We also have a mini hand sanitiser on every styling station, please feel free to use it

We now have paper towels in the bathroom to dry your hands on

All gowns, towels and gloves are used on you and nobody else. They are then washed and sanitised before re-use

We will not be doing any childrens services for the foreseeable future as this means there will be people waiting and we are reducing the amount of people in the salon at any one time. We hope you understand

We will require anyone who has coloured their hair themsleves during lockdown to come in for a skin test.

We will be taking a £30 deposit on ALL bookings. This is non refundable if cancelled within 72 hours. If you cancel due to Covid-19 symptons we will hold the deposit until your next visit

We will not be able to work to time pressure and simply cannot 'squeeze' anybody in

We have added a small temporary surcharge of £4.50 to all services. This contributes to some of the measures and PPE we have had to put in place to keep you safe and the team safe and to be able to open the doors. We hope you understand

As time has lapsed, your typical colour service may not have changed and additional colour/time may be required. This is chargeable. Your stylist will talk you through this upon consultation

In April, we normally have a price increase but due to the current situation this did not happen. This will be implemented upon the opening of the salon.
Junior stylists, Stylist and Senior stylists cutting prices have seen an increase. There is no increase on colour appointments for now. Farah's prices remain the same for now 🙂
