BSV Fitness run social groups in Prestwich and Unsworth. We come together to exercise using chair based and resistance band exercises. We make friends and support each other. All classes provide a social tea and coffee after.

Working closely with Prestwich Circle, Staying Well, Bury live well services and Bury VCFA. We provide you with the support and information to encourage healthy living
