Parkview Mortgages are small local mortgage and protection brokers owned by Patrick Boyle who lives and works in Prestwich. Pat has vast experience in the mortgage industry, he has been advising clients since 2000, offering clients bespoke mortgage and protection advice from a comprehensive range of products from across the mortgage and insurance markets. This means we can look at all clients’ circumstances from first time buyers to home movers, re-mortgaging to later life borrowing. In addition we can advise clients around their protection needs such as life, critical illness, income protection and home insurance.

Parkview Mortgages do not charge any fees for our advisory service. All brokers receive a payment from the lender for any mortgage which they have submitted to a lender and completes. Unlike other mortgage brokers we simply choose not to charge our customers a fee on top of this. Treating Customers Fairly is at the heart of our business.
